Employee become Singapore permanent resident

Please guide us if one of the employee become Singapore permanent resident.

1) What are the documents that company need to request from the employee?
Singapore blue NRIC and Re-etry Permit

2) When we received the document, what should we (HR of the company) do?
To take note of the date of obtaining the PR status from the Re-entry permit. Depends on your HRIS, you want to change the particular such as date of PR , new NRIC number and nationality status.

3) Any guide line or step that company (HR) need to follow or handle Singapore permanent resident staff.
Other than your internal HRIS maintenance, the most important thing is to include employee in the CPF contribution.
