medical leave for resignee

We have an employee who has tendered her resignation and her last day will be on 5 July 2012.

She is an executive and will not be covered by the Employment Act.  Please advise whether she is entitled to full medical leave of 14 days or pro-rated accordingly. 

Employer is required to provide minimum 14 days of medical leave and 60 days of hospitalization (which inclusive of 14 days medical leave) for all employees. If she has worked for more than 6 months, she is entitled to full medical leave of 14 day for year 2012.
