Medical leave and hospitalization Leave calculated based on Working Days or Calendar Days?

Given the following scenarios, kindly advise how should we calculate medical leave and hospital leaves respectively:
1. Assuming if an employee first went on 10 (working) days of medical leave, then followed by 2 calendar months of hospital leave?
2. Assuming if an employee is on 2 calendar months of hospital leave then followed by 14 days of “outpatient” leave?
3. Assuming if an employee is on 3 calendar months of hospital leave then followed by 16 days of “outpatient” leave?
To answer question 1, 2 and 3, you have to be cleared that employee is eligible for 60 days of Hospitalization Leave which inclusive of 14 days of Sick Leave. Medical leave and hospitalization Leave are calculated based on Working Days but not Calendar Days.
