Unlawful Dismissal / Termination for Executive

I understand that the Singapore Employment Act does not cover managerial and executive positions. Are there any guidelines or laws regulating the dismissal or termination of such employees?

You can choose to bring the company to Court via your lawyer via civil suit to prove to the court that it was a unlawful dismissal.

If is contractual termination, for the position you mentioned, there is nothing much you can do.
