Pro-Rated Sick Leave or Hospitalization Leave?

One of our employee work for us for a year and was hospitalize for two months a few month ago. And now he was discharge and told us he is not fit to work anymore and wish to resign immediately. Is the employee entitled to claim for the 60days hos?

Employees are entitled to 60 days hospitalization leave (inclusive of 14 days medical leave) per calendar year after the eligibility period (3 months). These leave cannot be pro-rated according to months / days of service, but it shall be given fully to employees regardless the joined date of the employee.
