annual leave entitlement for resignee

An employee gave 3 months notice for resignation.  Please advise is he still entitled to the annual leave during the 3 months notice, eg if he is entitled to 14 days annual leave in a year and resigns on 1 Oct, the number of days pro-rate should be 14/12x9= 10.5days or should he be given full 14 days entitlement.  Is notice period consider part of the service days in the company?  If exclude the notice days, then the pro-rated entitlement will be lesser. 

Yes. Employee is entitled to full 14 days annual leave with his last day of service on 31 Dec. (assuming he is in service since 01 Jan)
