Dismissal Wthout Notice Payment

From an earlier question, I know it acceptable to issue an employee in Singapore who is underperforming with an escalating series of warnings should the underperformance continue. If indeed his/her performance does not improve then after an agreed timeframe then a final warning can be given possibly leading to dismissal of employment? Under such circumstances should dismissal occur, is it with or without notice payment?

Yes, if you have proper recording on the progressive disciplinary action, you can dismiss without notice payment.
