A staff was given 1 week of hospitalisation leave (pregnacy related),eg 01to 07 Apr 09. and she was resting at home. If she admits to the hospital on 6 Apr for delivery. Does it mean that her maternity leave starts on 06 Apr?
Yes, the maternity shall start on 6 April.
