Should fixed transport allowance be included when computing the 1-month notice in lieu (for termination)?
Please advise if we terminate a staff by compensating him a one month notice in lieu, do we still need to pay him his fixed transport allowance too.
Yes, fixed transport allowance is part of gross salary (unless it is reimbursement basis).
